On June 19, 2024, a day of great significance in the field of building materials, Dato’ Dr. Li Wei, Chairman of DONGFANGCITY CONSTRUCTION GROUP SDN BHD (hereinafter referred to as "DFCITY"), and Zhao Xiwen, General Manager of Heilongjiang Binli Building Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Heilongjiang Binli"), formally signed a letter of intent for cooperation in lightweight composite partition wall building materials.
