According to Statistics Malaysia, Malaysia's tourism industry accounted for 15.9% of GDP in 2019, and foreign tourists and Malaysians accounted for 49.1% and 50.9% of total tourism expenditure respectively. His Royal Highness Tengku Sulaiman Shah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of DongFangCity, said at the meeting that the Royal family will continue to assist DongFangCity in applying for the opening of a special passage visa, a special channel for “Malaysia Airlines & AirAsia”, and the establishment of an exclusive independent department “one-stop service” to assist DongFangCity in the rapid implementation of the approval procedures.
