KUALA LUMPUR, June 2 — In the afternoon, DongFangCity Holding Group Co. Ltd. and Beijing Liyang Zhiguang Technology Co. Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement on the three-dimensional control system of DongFangCity's global real-world scene. Dato’ Dr. Li Wei, Chairman of DongFangCity Holding Group Company, Liu Shu, Wei Lingyu, Directors and Shareholders, and Feng Xiufang, Chairman of Liyang Zhiguang Technology Co. Ltd. attended the signing ceremony. At the ceremony, Dato’ Dr. Li Wei and Feng Xiufang signed a cooperation agreement on behalf of the two sides.
Dato’ Dr. Li Wei expressed a warm welcome to Feng Xiufang's visit and expressed high praise for Beijing Liyang Zhiguang Technology Co. Ltd.'s strength in Internet of Things platform construction, three-dimensional graphics and visualization, computer vision, large-scale data mining and pattern recognition. Dato’ Li Wei said that DongFangCity and Liyang Zhiguang have joined forces to enhance the brand effect of DongFangCity around “cultural and tourism integration, multi-source services, information reach, and utility closed loop”. With the help of DongFangCity, Liyang Zhiguang has gone abroad and appeared on the world stage. DongFangCity will be displayed in real time through the Smart Cultural Tourism University data platform, integrating data integration, system construction, scene application etc., using 3D technology to truly present the entire development plan of DongFangCity, and using infinite creativity to use Oriental culture as a force radiating the world, create a world-class tourist sanctuary, and promote the gathering and distribution of Oriental culture.
Feng Xiufang introduced the basic situation of Liyang Zhiguang, saying that the signing of this cooperation agreement is not only a natural result of the development of the relationship between the two sides, but also the responsibility and responsibility for implementing and responding to the “Belt and Road” initiative. The cooperation between the two sides is carried out in four stages. The first stage: model presentation of the 6,000 acres of land planned for DongFangCity; the second stage 3D technology truly presents the deployment of the entire area of DongFangCity; the third stage: on the basis of full-scene video fusion monitoring, the use of data analysis technology including real-time dynamic video statistics, face recognition and other means of comprehensive application, intelligent management and application, for DongFangCity emergency management and related project research to provide real and detailed data support; the fourth stage: through the smart cultural tourism data platform, the preferences, public opinion, and prices of tourists are analyzed to lay the data basis foundation for the tourism development of DongFangCity.
